Our extruders are manufactured in accordance with world standards. The trouble-free operation of our extruders in our country and various parts of the world is an indicator and guarantee of our quality. Screws and barrels are made of DIN 34 CrAlNi 1.8550 tool steel and hardened by gas nitriding. Thanks to the ceramic resistors used, significant energy savings are achieved. High-speed precision is ensured by the ABB brand square type AC motor and ABB driver, which are our standard use in our lines. The gearbox lubrication process is carried out automatically.
