Our machines, capable of fully automatic and precise cutting in various diameters, perform cutting with a circular motion around the pipe. We manufacture cutters for PE pipes ranging from 16 mm to 1200 mm in diameter. A smooth cutting surface is achieved with the cutters, synchronized with the line speed to enhance cutting precision. Thanks to the ruler integrated into the system for blade diameter adjustment, time loss during diameter transitions is minimized. PP, PE, and PVC pipe cutting machines are controlled by PLC, and thanks to precise movements, cutting errors that may occur during pipe cutting are completely eliminated. The pipe length is automatically determined and cut. Burr-free cutting is performed on PP and PE pipes. It automatically synchronizes with the speed of the cutting line and operates with PLC. Synchronization is achieved with a servo motor. The cut pipes are counted and tilted in two directions, right and left, with the help of a tilting device, making them ready for packaging.
