Konex Machine manufactures single wall corrugated machines ranging from 8mm to 50mm. They are suitable for Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PVC, and PA pipe extrusion lines depending on the intended use. They are preferred in underfloor heating, jacketed pipes, electrical cable protection pipes, and the automotive industry. Our machines are PLC controlled and provide the opportunity to produce at high speeds thanks to vacuum forming. A special design has been developed for easy attachment and removal of molds during diameter changes. By automatically lubricating the movement paths of the molds, the movement of the mold is very stable and stress-free.
