Thermal Mass Flow Controller TMFC

The TMFC series Thermal Mass Controller is an instrument designed for measuring and controlling the flow of dry gases, unaffected by pressure and temperature. You can adjust the flow control with a manual set button or a 0-5 VDC input signal. It is generally used in laboratories, general process controls, vacuum systems, and flow calibrations. An AISI316 body can be used up to 35 Bar.
